School / Academy Guidelines

General rules for discipline and safety.

These rules help maintain a clean, disciplined, respectful, and organized academic environment for all SAIMS students.

It is mandatory for every student to carry his/her diary and identity card to school every day.

Students should affix their coloured passport-size photographs and write the required information in the diary, duly signed by their parents.

Students must reach school at least 10 minutes before the official starting time.

The morning bell before class or assembly is a signal for all students to move to the assembly area or their classrooms promptly and silently. Changing classrooms between periods should be done in an orderly and quiet manner.

Students should be habitually clean and neatly dressed. School uniform must be worn on all working days and during all school functions, including Parent-Teacher Meetings and Open Houses.

All boys must keep their hair short. Girls must tie their hair neatly with a black band if it is shoulder-length or longer.

Students must take care of all school property. No student should damage school furniture or write/draw on walls. Any damage should be reported immediately to the class teacher.

Parents are requested to ensure that their children carry their personal belongings themselves to school.

No lunch boxes, books, notebooks, project work, or other items will be accepted by the guard for delivery to students. Calls related to the same will not be entertained at reception.

Applications must be written and signed by parents. The student’s name, class/section, and parent’s mobile number should be mentioned in all applications.

Short leave or half-day leave is generally not allowed. It will only be considered in genuine emergency cases.
